Refund policy

RETURNS INFO

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return or exchange any item purchased from our website within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our Returns Criteria below.

Refunds will be credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for a refund to show up on your account.  

RETURNS CRITERIA

  • The purchase was received within 14 days.
  • The product is in original condition with packaging intact.
  • Hygenic are unable to offer free returns at this time.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend sending returns by a reliable trackable service and retain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit.
  • Samples are non-returnable due to the cut down of product.
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, only store credit.
  • Reduced to Clear/Final Sale/Discount Code purchases are NOT eligible for refund.

Please include a handwritten note with your return containing the following information:

  • Name of purchaser
  • Order Number
  • Address 
  • Email address

REDIRECTED PARCELS

In the event that your parcel could not be delivered and is returned back to our Head Office, you will have 90 days to request reshipment or refund.

Our customer service team will contact you on receipt of your redirected parcel, to discuss further steps. 

SALE ITEMS

Please note that 'Reduced to Clear' and all sale purchases are NOT eligible for refunds.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards/Vouchers are not eligible for refund. 

FAULTY ITEMS 

We are very disappointed on the rare occasion our customers receive a faulty product.

If you consider your purchase to be faulty please contact us via email immediately to sales@hygenic.co.uk with a description and clear photographs of the fault so we can investigate. 

Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement up to 14 days after receipt of the goods if they turn out to be faulty.

Only manufacturing faults will be considered.  We will not refund items that are damaged due to incorrect measurements or incorrectly stored.
